Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, including content, images, dimensions, references, brand assets, and other required materials. Delays in providing these materials may affect the project timeline.
3. Pricing & Payments
Project prices are based on the agreed scope of work. Additional work, major changes, or services outside the original scope may involve additional charges. A deposit, advance payment, or milestone payment may be required before work begins. Final deliverables may be provided after all outstanding payments are completed.
4. Revisions
The number of revisions included will depend on the agreed project package. Revisions include reasonable changes to the selected concept. Major redesigns, new concepts, or significant changes to the original brief may be charged separately.
5. Client Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing all designs, text, spelling, dimensions, contact details, links, and other information before giving final approval. Once a project has been approved, Divine Koncepts will not be responsible for errors that were present in the approved version.
6. Project Timeline
Estimated project timelines depend on the scope of work and timely client feedback. Delays caused by late responses, additional revisions, missing information, third-party services, or changes in project scope may extend the delivery timeline.
7. Intellectual Property
All drafts, unused concepts, sketches, and preliminary designs remain the property of Divine Koncepts unless otherwise agreed. Rights to the approved final work are transferred according to the agreed project terms after full payment has been received.
8. Client-Supplied Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any images, fonts, logos, written content, photographs, trademarks, or other materials supplied to Divine Koncepts. Divine Koncepts is not responsible for copyright or licensing issues relating to client-provided materials.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has started, payments may be retained based on the amount of work already completed. Because our services involve custom creative work, completed or approved work is generally non-refundable. Refund requests will be considered according to the individual circumstances of the project.
10. Limitation of Liability & Contact
Divine Koncepts will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality professional services but cannot guarantee results that depend on third-party platforms, printers, hosting providers, search engines, social media platforms, or other external services.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, printing errors after client approval, third-party service failures, or problems resulting from unauthorized changes to delivered work.
